FUSILLI CLASS is a course designed by Pasta Cuomo to rediscover the ancient traditions of pasta making in Gragnano, the city of pasta. Fusilli col ferretto is a very old but typical workmanship of this town. We have thought of recovering it and entertaining our guests, who will be able to learn the ancient secrets of making it. During the course, participants will interact with the fusillara who will tell them the secrets of the trade, their own history and the history of Pasta Cuomo
- Equipment: quantities of semolina needed to make Fusilli, one spindle per person, smock and the secrets of making them.
- The course includes: Location, welcome glass of local lambiccato, Semolina, Fuso, Fusillara, possible interpreter, possibility to take away fusilli, water, lunch with starter, first course to choose between fusilli with fresh tomato or other seasonal recipe, souvenir photo in digital format.
- The course excludes: drinks for lunch and transport.
