The Private Cooking CLASSes devised by Pasta Cuomo are designed to enhance the pasta-making tradition of our city and are designed to teach the secrets of the trade of the best local Made in Italy cuisine. During the course, participants will interact with the Chef who will teach them the secrets of the trade as well as take them to buy vegetables at the market. The Privat Cooking CLASSes consist of the selection of the perfect pasta format, the preparation of pasta sauces and a main course (land or sea) and their matching with wine.

- The course includes: Location, welcome glass of local wine, raw materials, English language interpreter, lunch/dinner, water, aperitif with bruschetta during the course, digital souvenir photo. Insurance, lunch and dinner.
