A day as a pasta maker under the guidance of President Mariano Cuomo, heir and guardian of 200 years of pasta-making history consists of catapulting oneself for a whole day into the world of Cuomo pasta, the oldest pasta factory in the world, dressing the shoes of a pasta maker and contributing to production with the workers. The course is designed to get guests inside the processing rooms. During the experience, participants will interact with the President, who will tell them the family history and show them the ancient manufacturing process as well as the places where they once worked. A real plunge into the past.
