A very evocative place where pasta was dried in the heat of the sun in 1820, when pasta factories were vertical and the ancient Via Roma was the main point of pasta production. Today, you can stay there imagining the ancient rows of pasta exposed to the sun for drying.
The different rooms, which praise pasta and women (such as MAFALDINA or VESUVIOTTA), are located in the old family building that once belonged to the old Pasta Cuomo factory.
Breakfast can be eaten in your room, in our bistro or sent from the bistro in the basket you will find in your room and which you will have to drop down from the balcony using the keyword “ACAL O” PANARO' (sent on whatsapp).
